一回相談してパンフレットを貰って一旦帰ってまた後日注文に来て店員に声をかけたところ、
「納期は10月です」って言われて、遅くなる場合がありますとしか書いてないのに、「そこに書いてあります」って言われてそれなら初めにコロナの影響で納期が遅れててって言ってほしい。
納期が遅れてる商品が他にもあるはずなのに一言も言わずに急にそんなことを言われても困る。
言ってくれたらこちらももっと他に考えていた時間があったのに、、
店員さんの態度もすごく悪かった。
よく愛用していただけにすごく残念。
また次行った時もこうなるのかもしれないと思うと行きづらい。
今回対応してもらった店員だけに限らずこれはニトリさん店員全員に言えることだと思う。
店員に相談してると言うことは買おうか悩んでるわけだからその時に納期のこととか調べればわかるはずなのに対応が雑すぎて残念。

以前から使用しているステンレス製の積み重ね棚がサビてきていたので、年末の掃除ついでに新しい物を購入しに寄りました。
今度のものは、ステンレス製は止めて、樹脂が主体のものにしました。
価格もリーズナブルだったので、1年使えれば十分と思っています。
