近郷の信者からは河内不動と親しまれています。
また願王地蔵尊への参拝者も多いと云う。
特に病気平癒に霊験があるとされています。
現在四国三十六不動霊場の納経は第三十一番札所海岸寺で代行しているようです。

It is the head temple of the Fudo sect in the mountain Shugendo, which looks up to En no Gyōja as his ancestor.
It is known as Kawachi Fudo by the believers in the local area.
It is also said that there are many worshipers of Jizo Jizo.
In particular, it is said that there is a spiritual test for healing illness.
Currently, it seems that the sutras of the Shikoku 36 Fudo Sacred Ground are acting on behalf of the 30th Ichiban Fudasho Kaiganji Temple.
