★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ピットの工場の人間なんですがお客がいる前でこれクレームですかとか普通に話すんですよそういうところ教育徹底的にした方がいいと思いますよ。上の人間にはその事言っときましたけどね。前の車検の時にブレーキランプを取り替えたらしいんですけどそれをちゃんとはめてなくて中でドロドロに溶けてしまっていてそれをクレームですかって言われる方は何言ってんだこの野郎ってなるよねやっぱしこれはディーラーがやることじゃないですよね最後の詰めが甘いこれはピットに入る資格がありませんしっかり言っておいたから次回からはそういうことはないと思います俺の嫁の車だけはね他の人のはどうだか分かりませんがそこは注意ししといた方がいいですよ

整備士とスーツ来ている営業の連中の接客の温度差が違い過ぎて逆にわらえる。ゆうて整備士のほうが接客してちゃんと相手の質問にも真摯に答える印象
営業は、その整備士の後ろに立って無言のアピール。で、なにするでなくとりあえずスマイル
帰り際、ようやくその営業の奴が次回からうちの営業での担当てことはわかったけど、ろくになんもしない営業の人て思ってしまう

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 電話の対応も良かったですし、メカニックの方も出来るだけ負担にならない方法を提案していただいたりと、とても親切でしたが、こちらのお店で購入した訳でもない中古車の点検依頼だったためか、営業の方は相手にもしたくないという感じだったのは少し残念です。
メカニックの方たちには★5つ、営業の方たちには★ゼロというのが正直な感想です。
The telephone response was good, and the mechanic suggested a method that would not be a burden as much as possible, so it was very kind, but because it was a request to inspect a used car that was not purchased at this shop. Or, it's a little disappointing that the sales people didn't want to deal with them.
My honest impression is that the mechanics have 5 stars and the sales people have zero.
