★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 新型コロナの影響で、飲み物の提供を中止しているそうですが、先日伺った際、家族でいらしていたお客さんの幼い子供が「のどが乾いたよー」と言っているのを聞いて、可哀想に思いました。紙パックのジュースくらい用意してあげたら如何かなと思いました。若しくは自動販売機を設置するとか。アルコール消毒をしていても駄目なのでしょうか…。外には普通に設置されて稼働しているのに。
また、フランチャイズと正規ディーラーとの違いを挙げて申し訳ないのですが、正規の店舗へ点検の電話をすると、必ず「何か気になる点はございますか」と一言つけてくださる等の気遣いを感じられるのに対し、こちらの店舗に電話をする際は、あまり気遣いが感じられません。私の方から「日取りは…」など言い出さないと、話を進めてもらえません。そんなものかな…とも思いますが、やはり正規ディーラーさんのご対応（接客）を知っているだけに、不満を感じてしまいました。

Also, I'm sorry to mention the difference between the franchise and the authorized dealer, but when I call the authorized store for inspection, I always say "Is there anything you care about?" On the other hand, when I call this store, I don't feel much concern. If I don't say "What's the date ...", I won't be able to proceed. I think it's something like that ... but I was dissatisfied because I knew the correspondence (customer service) of the authorized dealers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 3年ほど前娘の為に此方でダイハツ車では無くスズキでしたが店頭にあった中古車を購入、対応した方からはその車の良い話を聞いたものの‥ドリンクホルダーは即日落ちて使い物にならなくなる！から始まり、しかしまぁ故障ばかりで修理費だけで購入金額を有に上回ったハズレ車でしたね、今年に入りとうとうエンジンダメになり廃車となりました。
自分が乗ってる別の店で買った軽自動車はもっと年式古いのにロクに故障もせず東京や横浜迄行き来しましたがバンバン走ってくれてます。
当たり外れがあるとは言えハズレを引くと悲惨ですね。
About 3 years ago, I bought a used car that was in the store for my daughter, not a Daihatsu car, but I heard a good story about the car from the person who responded, but the drink holder fell on the same day and was usable. Will not be! It started from, but it was a lost car that had just broken down and the repair cost alone exceeded the purchase price, but at last this year the engine failed and it was scrapped.
The mini car I bought at another store I'm riding is older, but it didn't break down and I went to Tokyo and Yokohama, but it ran bang bang.
Although there is a hit, it is miserable to get lost.
