★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ネットで無料査定を申し込んだら、あちらこちらからTELが来て最終的に店舗からのTEL、同じことを何回も聞かれ超ガツガツしてる。感じが悪かった。他社と比べて何十万も買取価格が変わる訳では無いだろうから他社で売ることにしようかな。
 When I applied for a free assessment online, TEL came from here and there, and finally the TEL from the store, the same thing was asked many times and it was super rugged. I felt bad. The purchase price will not change by hundreds of thousands compared to other companies, so I wonder if I will sell it at another company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 親切に対応された、丁寧な対応をされた、など、表面上の話が目立つが、これらは人同士の相性もあるし、車の価値などなかなか見えにくいものもあるので、投稿者の印象は異なるとは思う。
しかしそれらは全て「個人情報を適切に扱って」が前提のはずだ。高く買い取ってくれて親切な店でも、自分の個人情報が次の客に丸見えの状態の店は論外ではないか？と思う。
自分が買い取り査定に行った際、待っているときにPCには前の顧客の売買契約書が出たままだった。社員は査定中＋バックヤードで電話中、だったので非常に恐ろしい話と思う。
後日談。本部ページから↑の話を書いて「お宅の会社、大丈夫ですか？」と出したら、私の名前を間違えた謝罪のメールが来た。クレームのメールに対する返信がそんな状況。推して知るべし。

Later talk. When I wrote the story of ↑ from the headquarters page and said "Is your company okay?", I received an apology email with the wrong name. Such a situation is the reply to the complaint email. You should know by guessing.
