現在 大子町出身の漫画家 佐藤ダイン原画展が開催されている。
The former Daigo Costume Academy, which was damaged by Typhoon No. 19 in 2020, was renovated and reborn as the Daigodoreme Museum.
Currently, an exhibition of original paintings by Dain Sato, a manga artist from Daigo Town, is being held.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ イバラキングさん、佐藤ダインさんのサインイベントでお伺いしました。
建物は、実は大変貴重なものです。
いわゆる昔のお針の学校をリノベして美術館にしているのですね。
それを取り壊すのではなくて、新しい、いのちを吹き込んで、活かしている。
町の方々のそういう姿勢に、アタマが下がります。
古い、使われていない、イコール 不要ではなく、建物の特性を見つけて活かす。
しかも変に気負うことなく。
駅周辺をザッと歩いたのですが、こちらはそんな建物が結構ありますよね。
わたくし的には、こういう街が大好きです?
駅から少し離れていますが、散歩がてらに丁度いいです。
We visited at the autograph event of Mr. Ibara King and Mr. Dain Sato.
The building is actually very valuable.
The so-called old needle school has been renovated into a museum.

For me, I love this kind of city ?
It's a little far from the station, but it's just right for a walk.
