C	C. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 本当は☆1以下ですが…( 笑 ) 普段口コミは書きませんがあまりにもひどい業者だったのでm(_ _)m (作業自体は問題なしです◎) フローリングのリペア依頼。社長(太田)の態度が最低でした。作業当日にはこちらにも非があったのでそこは認めましたが、その後の電話での高圧的な態度、言葉遣い、、、社長がこれって会社としてどうなんでしょう。こちらのできる限りの提案 (料金の支払い方法の相談)にも全く耳を貸さず、といった感じでとにかく「現金回収が最優先」みたいです(・◇・)！！クレカ、振込も全く受け付けしてない。電話での対応ですが、依頼をした際の対応が優しかっただけに今日の豹変ぶりには「落胆」の一言です。こんなにも会社に対して金を払うのが惜しいと思ったことはありません。客に対して高圧的なので当然、従業員にも同じような態度で日々接しているんでしょうね…。潰れないのが不思議です( 笑 ) (どうにか上手くやってるんでしょうが) お客様相手の仕事をやっている人 (ましてや社長)の態度とは思えず電話中に呆れて笑いが出てしまいました(^^;) 上がこんな感じなので所詮、その程度の会社なのかなと。( 笑 ) Actually, it's less than 1...
