★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 先日、バイクツーリングの帰り久しぶり食べにいきました。前に行った時食べたいのとは違ったものをオーダーしてしまい。メニューを見て迷っていたらこれじゃないですか❓教えていただき食べました。まさしく食べたかったスープ麺でした。この店の奥さまか店員さんかわかりませんが、お客さまに対する目配り、気配り、おもてなし対応がとても素晴らしい‼️何を食べても美味しいと思います。

ただし値段は高め。
餃子一皿７００円や一品料理が１０００～１４００円くらいするので
中華料理一皿＋ご飯とかにすると１５００円くらいかかる。
何食べても大抵美味しいが、エビチリが多分一番人気。
次点であんかけかた焼きそば。 ３人に１人は注文してるイメージ。
シュウマイもおすすめ。 エビやきくらげなどが入ってる。
ラーメンだとワタリガニのスッぱ辛麺が酸っぱいの好きならおすすめ。
ワタリガニが一匹まるまるはいっていてインパクトがすごい。
（ただしワタリガニなので食べる所はない 殻に吸い付くだけ）
唯一美味しくない？のは醤油ラーメンかな。
なんかコンソメっぽい味がして、ラーメンというよりヌードル系。
ちなみに大上海の目の前の大通りは元々グルメ激戦区で
ほんの１００ｍくらいの範囲にカフェ 韓国料理屋 寿司屋 中華料理屋×２ があったのだが大上海がすべて駆逐し一人勝ちした。
おかげで飲食シャッター街と化している。
せっかく一人勝ちしたのに店主が最近腰の調子がわるくて
頻繁に臨時休業してるので遠方から行く場合は電話確認したほうがいい。 空いててもすぐ満員になるし心配なら予約が確実。

もっと早く行けば良かった、千曲市にある大上海。
国道18号線の『戸倉上山田温泉信号』を曲がり少し行くと左手に看板が見えてくる。
焼きそばとチャーハンの口コミが多かったので、今日のオーダーは五目あんかけ焼きそば(990円)
(メニューにかた焼きそばも有り)
ほどよく蒸し焼きされた麺に、たっぷりのあんかけがかかっていて美味しい。
具は一見すると野菜がメインで、物足りないと思ったが食べ進めていくと、海老、あわびが出てきてテンションアップ笑
そして、一番底にチャーシューが隠れていた。
好きなものは一番最後に食べる主義の自分にはピッタリの演出に大満足。
次回はチャーハンにしよう。
