★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 数km盛岡市街へ戻ったところにある建設事務所では、ダム建設資料を見学できます。建設現場の見学は6月頃から実施されます。
At the construction office, which is just a few kilometers back from Morioka, you can see the dam construction materials. A tour of the construction site will be held from around June.

トイレや自販機は無いので注意です⚠⚠
The view is reasonably good, but I feel that the amount of water stored is small.
Please note that there are no toilets or vending machines ⚠⚠

岩手県が力を入れて作った重力式コンクリートダムと聞いています。このダムのお陰で川目地区の洪水や渇水など今までの災害が解決する事と思います。
天気のいい日はとても景色が良く爽快です。
A great dam has been created!
I heard that it is a gravity-type concrete dam that Iwate Prefecture put a lot of effort into. Thanks to this dam, I think that the disasters up to now such as floods and droughts in the Kawame area will be solved.
When the weather is nice, the scenery is very nice and refreshing.
