a	a亖 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 二度と行きません。以前出先でたまたま見つけた別店舗のサイクルベースあさひさんにお邪魔させていただき、家から遠いので何も買えませんが〜と話した上で嫌な顔一つせず本当に親身になってアドバイスや説明をしてくださいました。いただいたアドバイスをもとに最寄りのサイクルベースあさひ野田店で10万円以上する自転車を購入。ママチャリ以外全くの初心者なので分からないことだらけで、いくつか質問をさせていただきましたがずっと上から目線でバカにしたような対応。さらに自転車を購入する際にオプションとして付けようとした商品を「○○なのでこっちのほうが使い勝手がいいですよ」と横から40代くらいの男性店員さんが教えてくださり(この店員さんは優しかったです)、ではそちらでお願いしますと対応している店員さんに伝え、その店員さんが2階パーツ売り場で最初にお願いしていたパーツを持ってこようとしていた店員さんに違うパーツを、と伝えに行くとその店員さんも階段まで来ていたようで階段から「は？チッふざけんなよ」と聞こえました。後から変えた私も悪いですが、大きな声でそんなことを言われ本当に気分が悪くなりましたし、怖くなりました。その後は怖くて何も聞けず、購入してすぐお店を出ました。最悪でした。二度といきません。 I will never go again. た	たくみのかめ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 対応が酷くなりました。パンク修理で持ち込んだら、タイヤ交換を勧められました。結構古い自転車だったので仕方ないかとも思いましたが、タイヤ交換に¥5000弱かかるなら自転車買い換えの方が良いという思い一旦保留しました。何となく整備士の方の態度が気になったので、その場では買い替えませんでした。その後、別のホームセンターで新規購入したのですが古い自転車の処分について相談したところ、タイヤ交換じゃなくて虫ゴム交換で直るんじゃないかと教えてもらい、結果100円で古い自転車を直す事ができました。アサヒ自転車の整備士なら虫ゴム交換くらい、真っ先に思いつきそうなはずですが、会社の方針なのか分かりませんが金儲け優先でタイヤ交換or買い換えを匂わすとはガッカリしました。以前は別な整備士さんでしたが良心的な対応をしてくれたお店だっただけに残念に思いました。 Correspondence became terrible.
