★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 利用を始めて３ヵ月経ちました。毎回入ったらフレンドリーなスタッフさんたちが下の名前で呼んでくださるのに驚きます。家に体重計がないので毎月の計算で成果を確認できるのは助かります（笑）腰に負担のかからない運動なので適度な疲労感で続けられていますし、週に１、２回ですが運動不足解消になってます。
It's been 3 months since I started using it. Every time I enter, I am surprised that the friendly staff will call me by the name below. Since I don't have a scale at home, it's helpful to be able to check the results by monthly calculations (laughs). It's an exercise that doesn't put a strain on my lower back, so I'm continuing with moderate fatigue, and I'm lacking in exercise once or twice a week. It has been resolved.
