おやつを食べている時間を筋トレに変えました。
数年前、不慮のケガで片足骨折して入院‼️
でも、筋肉が付いていたので、片足立ちも何のその！トイレも人の手を借りずに差ほど不便無く生活出来ました。
看護婦さんも驚くほどでした。筋肉大事！
続けることも大事！維持するのも大事！
ここに来ると、嫌な事があっても元気になれる❗️そんなカーブスでこれからも仲間と共に筋トレ頑張りまーす?
