I took a rest for 10 months due to the corona sickness and resumed from today. I felt happy to be able to meet the people and staff who are familiar with my face and do my best.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 明るくてハツラツとしたスタッフさんからいつも元気をいただいています。7年通っていますが、自分には合ってるようで、週3ペースで、ウエスト、下っ腹がサイズダウン。太りにくくなり体力もついたと思います。
コロナ対策もよくしてくださってるなと感じています。
The cheerful and cheerful staff are always energizing. I've been going for 7 years, but it seems to suit me, and my waist and lower abdomen are downsized at 3 paces a week. I think I've become harder to gain weight and have more physical strength.
