ブ	ブラッドハウンド on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 店舗オリジナルメニューあります。店舗レイアウトは秋葉原店と同じカウンターのみのウナギの寝床スタイル。ハイチェアなことと座席が少ないことが違い。 ?あいがけ(麻辣魯肉飯) 黒カレーがベースです。お米の上に麻辣のほぐし肉がモリッと乗ってます。肉増し&味変アイテムになります。麻辣は強くないので、カレーに混ぜるとほんのりピリピリした余韻が残るようになります。ルーがドロドロコテコテなので、脂っこくないほぐし肉のギュッと締まった肉感がちょうど良いです。ヒリピリな味で飽きずに食べられました。色んなパーツを最後はごちゃ混ぜでニルヴァーナへ?????? ?牛カツカレー揚げ物なので時間がかかるかなと思ったのですが、五分ほどで提供されました。早くて助かりました。カツはレアの火の入り方でした。非常に柔らかく、外サクッ内トロで消えていきます。赤身なのであっさりではありますが、何もつけずそのまま下味だけで私は十分に美味しいと思えました。黒カレーは重めですが、意外とペロリでした。赤に牛カツも食べたいなと思うのですが需要が少なそう? ワサビ醤油はいるのかな…完全にカツの存在に負けてます。カラシとかイエローマスタード、もしくはカットレモンを追加で、ちょいサッパリの方が個人的には嬉しいかも。 There is a store original menu. It is very soft and disappears in the outer and inner toro. It's lean, so it's light, but I thought it was delicious enough just by adding nothing to it. The black curry is heavy, but it was surprisingly licking. I'd like to eat beef cutlet in red, but the demand seems to be low ? I wonder if there is wasabi soy sauce ... I'm completely defeated by the existence of cutlet. With the addition of mustard, yellow mustard, or cut lemon, it may be a little refreshing personally.
