N	N U on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 地図を頼りに行かないと見つけられないような小さなお店です。土曜のランチ13時半過ぎにはほぼ並ばず入れました。ビーフの焼き加減、テールを煮込んだルーの深い味わいが最高に美味しく、カレーの味がかすむほど笑。個人的には甘酸っぱさが欲しいところでしたが、一度は行ってみる価値ありです。ウィルス対策換気、アルコール等バッチリ、ペイペイ支払い可。 It's a small shop that you can't find without relying on the map. After 13:30 on Saturday lunch, I put in almost no lines. The degree of beef roasting and the deep taste of the roux stewed in the tail are the most delicious, and the curry taste is hazy. Personally, I wanted sweet and sour, but it's worth a visit. Anti-virus ventilation, alcohol, etc. are perfect, pay-pay payment is possible.

The curry is a much lighter sauce, but the layers of flavor in this dish are unmistakable. A lightly spicy layer of pepper rice sits below fatty and extremely tender meat. I literally cut it with my spoon without even having to break through both delicious layers of rice.

The curry paste is more like a soup curry, which is light compared to normal viscous curry, it comes with yellow and red rice and topped with grilled beef. This was served along with the 3 types of silky mashed potato and pickled slices of pumpkin and Japanese bitter melon. About the taste, the soup and beef itself are only salty with a strong hint of spice. For me, it’s too salty that I need to eat with mashed potato, which gives me a sweetness. The combination is...peculiarly balanced when everything is in your mouth. However, I think it would be better if the curry itself has more complexed flavors. For other info, there are around 10 seats in this restaurant. The atmosphere is relaxing and it is super clean. Finally, the menu is recommended by Michelin’s Bib Gourmand, so if you would like to try the new experience of curry, please pay a visit!
