★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 個別のスイミングの指導が大変よいです。なかなか予約がとりりにくくなっています。受付のスタッフさんの電話対応や事務対応もとても良いと思います。
 Individual swimming instruction is very good. It's difficult to make a reservation. I think that the reception staff's telephone support and clerical support are also very good.

スタッフの態度・言葉使い等中学生の子供の様子。古い会員がここのスタッフは気が利かないからとぶつぶつ言っているので、自分が入る以前からなのだろうと思う。
The staff is unfriendly.
Attitudes and language usage of staff, etc. A state of a junior high school child. An old member complains that the staff here is clumsy, so I think it was before I joined.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 以前こちらのジムで音楽再生器を盗まれました。ストレッチをしている間に置き忘れてしまった私の不注意です。
しかし、受付に相談をしても「そうですか。」で終わらされてしまいました。盗んだのは会員または関係者なのは間違いなく、どうしたらいいのか？と聞くと興味無さそうに「警察に行ったらいいんじゃないですか？」と言われ愕然としました。
心ない対応に即日で退会しました。なにか問題が発生しても対処していただけないと思った方がいいです。
I have stolen music players at this gym previously. It is my carelessness that I misplaced while stretching.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ スイミングを見学する場所で子供が暴れていて他人に迷惑をかけていても注意しないような保護者が非常に多いです。特定の曜日に限ったことではありません。嘘だと思う方は一度見学してみると良いと思います。
There are a lot of parents who do not pay attention even if children are rioting in the place to visit swimming and they bother others. It is not limited to a specific day of the week. If you think that is a lie, I think it is better to visit once.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ スタジオインストラクターは凄くいいです。ジムスタッフさんは人によりますが挨拶が徹底されているところからくると違和感があるとおもいます。祝日でも平日と同じ時間プログラムはなかり魅力です。
Studio instructors are really good. The gym staff may feel uncomfortable when it comes from the place where greetings are thoroughly given, depending on the person. Even on holidays, the same time program as on weekdays is quite attractive.

このコロナ禍なのに、マスクをしていない更衣室や風呂場、サウナでずーっとしゃべっている。老年の男性が特にひどい。人数制限があっても無視。
スタッフもなんとかしてください。
相変わらずサウナでべちゃくちゃ喋っているオヤジがいる。
風呂場やサウナのドアを開けて「○○さんー、お先にっ」と大声でしゃべっている。
いい加減にして欲しい。
風呂場やサウナには「会話禁止」の張り紙がしてあるが、一向に効果がない。マナーの悪い常連の年寄り達は、退会させてくれ！

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 以前に娘がスイミングに通い始めましたが目が悪くメガネを外すと更衣室からプールへの階段が怖くて降りられない為に先生にサポートをお願いしました。それなのに開始時間になっても娘は現れずプールでは既に準備体操が始まっていました。おかしいと思い更衣室に見に行くと娘は一人で泣いていました…それが2度続き呆れて退会しました。入室の状況はチェックしているのに現場で点呼は取らずに授業開始とはいかがでしょうか？これでは一人プールで溺れていてもわからないのでは？
こんな管理も出来ないスイミングスクールなんか行かせられません！
My daughter started going swimming before, but she had bad eyesight and when she took off her glasses, she was afraid of the stairs from the changing room to the pool and couldn't get off, so I asked the teacher for support. However, even at the start time, my daughter did not appear and the preparatory exercises had already started in the pool. When I went to the changing room because I thought it was strange, my daughter was crying alone ... It continued twice and I was disappointed and withdrew. How about starting the class without taking a roll call even though you are checking the entry status? You don't know if you're drowning in the pool alone?
I can't let you go to a swimming school that can't be managed like this!

フルタイム会員なのだが平日23時迄だったのが22時に時短はまだ理解出来ますが
土曜22時迄が19時に、
日曜20時迄が17時迄、
この設定の根拠は何なのだろうか、(土曜も21時迄・日曜19時迄)程度の時短ならまだ納得は出来ます。
首都圏の緊急事態宣言は解除されているが時短は2021年4/21(水)迄らしいですね。その頃には規約通り元に戻してくれるのだろうか？とても理解に苦しみ不快ですね。
我々は規約に則って会費を支払っている、この様な規約に反したやり方がいつまで続くのであろうか？我々は時短利用を余儀無くされており支払っている額に対してサービスがコミットされているとは思えません。
会員の皆さまに広く事情の説明やら告知はしっかり積極的に為されているのだろうか？オンライン環境下にない会員もいる筈である。
我々利用者はそろそろ運営会社に対して何らかのアクションを進めるべきなのかもしれない。運営会社が会員の皆様に対して真摯に対応しているとはとても思えませんね。

I'm a full-time member, but I can still understand the time saving at 22:00, which was until 23:00 on weekdays.
Saturday until 22:00 until 19:00,
Until 17:00 on Sundays until 20:00
I wonder what the basis for this setting is, and I can still understand if the time is as short as (until 21:00 on Saturday and until 19:00 on Sunday).
The state of emergency in the metropolitan area has been lifted, but it seems that the time saving will be until April 21, 2021 (Wednesday). By that time, will it be restored according to the rules? It's very difficult to understand and uncomfortable.
How long will we continue to violate these rules, where we pay membership fees according to the rules? We are forced to spend less time and do not think the service is committed to the amount we are paying.
Is the explanation and announcement of the situation widely and positively made to the members? Some members may not be in an online environment.
We users may have to take some action against the operating company. I don't think the operating company is taking the members seriously.
