あっという間の到着でした(^^)
父がストレッチャーに乗っていましたが、
体への負担も少なかったように思います！

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ タクシー運転手が全面禁煙の新宿区路上で喫煙。
会社に電話してその旨を伝えたら「ハッハッハッ」と笑われてました。
「良く笑えますね？」と諭しても何も悪ぶれず。
「クレームですか？クレームならクレームとして対応しますが。」と。能天気というか通常の思考が出来てない対応で、怒りを通り越して気味悪くなりました。
路駐、禁止区域での喫煙、組織の人間のアホさ。
こんな組織の運営する介護タクシーに、家族を乗せるなんて恐ろしくて出来ません…。
星マイナス5くらいにしたいです。

Even if I asked, "You can laugh well?"
"Is it a complaint? If it is a complaint, I will handle it as a complaint." I was angry and became creepy because of Noh weather or a response that I couldn't think about normally.
Roadside, smoking in prohibited areas, human stupidity of the organization.
It's scary to put a family in a nursing taxi operated by such an organization...
I want to make it about minus 5 stars.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 7月に母の退院の際に利用させていただきました。介護タクシーを初めて利用する母でしたが、かえでさんの丁寧な介助と不安をとっていただけるような1つ1つ適切な声かけとなるべく車が揺れないようにと配慮していただき、私と共通の趣味である釣りの話で盛り上がり、車内も楽しくあっという間に時間が経っていました。お陰様で乗る前からあった母の不安はすぐになくなったように思いました。元気な内に旅行にも連れて行ってあげたいです。明るく楽しいお人柄と、安全で丁寧な仕事をしていただけます。安心して今後も利用させていただきます。

I was the first mother to use a long-term care taxi, but I shared with me that Kaede-san's polite assistance and care should be taken not to shake the car as much as possible so that each one can take appropriate voices. かえでさんはとても元気で感じが良く、車内の装備にＡＥＤや酸素ボンベがあり意識が高い介護タクシーさんなんだな～と感じました。
