尚	尚央 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ スタッフ全体が、利用者の気持ちに全く関心がなくただ指示を出して、自分達は事務所で楽しそうに１日中過ごしているだけでしたけれどえ、本当に福祉関係の資格あるんですか？って聞きたいけれどいじめられそうな雰囲気な作業所...(と言うか、今更ながらあそこ作業所だよね？笑)でまず違和感を覚えたのは、職員が自分達に口答えをしない障がい者しか遣わないとしか思えない現にここの利用者さんの休憩中等に、1度も笑顔の方を見なかった事、約７日丸１日通いましたが、笑顔がなく勿論会話も全員なしなのに職員は、奥部屋で大声で何の話しをしているのかも分からず、毎日大爆笑分からないところを聞きに行く度、明らかに邪魔すんなと言わんばかりの冷やかな視線を職員全員が浴びせてくるし、形式的に教えてさっさと奥部屋の事務所に戻り速攻ドアをバタン！と閉める、あの時の差別的な行為は一生忘れられないとにかく、利用者さんを見ていて感じた違和感は何ヵ所も、見学をしてきましたがここだけでしたねそして、同じ人間として悲しいし虚しくなりました The whole staff wasn't interested in the feelings of the users at all and just gave instructions, and they were just having fun all day in the office.
