★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 店内は明るく綺麗にレイアウトされ、高価なホイールに圧倒されます。二階には、キッズエリアもあり、雑誌もあり、また1階のピット作業状況も見渡せる等、待ち時間の居心地もよさそうです。
 The interior is bright and beautifully laid out, and the expensive wheels are overwhelming. There is a kids area on the second floor, there is a magazine, and you can see the pit work situation on the first floor.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 営業時間が、平日AM10:30始まりで日祝日がAM10:00始まりなのがおかしいと思います。普通は逆じゃないですか。スタッドレスの脱着に順番待ちなので、2時間待ちはざらだよね。
I think that it is strange that business hours are starting 10:30 AM on weekdays and Sun holidays starting at AM 10: 00. Normally it is the other way around. Because I am waiting for studless desorption, it is bothersome for two hours.

予約出来ないので、時間の無駄になる、休み取って月曜日でこれだ

メジャーな車種ごとにおすすめホイールが展示してあり、しかもそれが魅力的な提案だったりと他の店舗より工夫を感じた。

まず何方が店員なのか分からない。多分この人なんだろうなぁと思っても服が私服すぎて話しかけずらい。
あと店に入ったら一言でも話しかけて貰えると助かる。
気分悪くなってナゴヤドームの方にある店舗行ったらそちらの方が接客態度良かったです。
ここの店舗はもう二度と利用しません。

First of all, I don't know who is the clerk. I wonder if he is this person, but his clothes are too plain and it's hard to talk to him.
It would be helpful if you could talk to me even a single word when you enter the store.
When I got sick and went to the store near Nagoya Dome, that one had a better customer service attitude.
I will never use the store here again.
