駐車場へ戻るときに、来店する前から居たピットに立っている人がやたらニヤニヤして五～六人談笑していたのでこれはアカンと思い二度と行かないですし又、人には絶対に勧めたくはないことにしました。

内容の確認の電話連絡があり、メーカーと自社も連休に入るため納期は連休明けに確認して連絡してもらえるということに。
連絡がこず、店舗に問い合わせたら店に届いているので翌日以降なら対応可能とのこと。（連絡しますはどうなった？）
タイヤホイール交換後、車を目の前にして説明を受けたがよく見ると注文していたロックナットがついてなく、つけ忘れで駐車場のその場で交換作業。
最初から最後までグダグダでした。
しっかりしてくれよフジコーポレーション！

価格は安くて魅力的ですがもう行くことはないと思います。

とだけ言われた。
（電話では2月中に来いと言われ、来店すると3月末まで保管可能なので、それまでに出直して欲しいと言われた）
価格は安かったので良かったと思うが、
もう利用することはないかなと思う。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 店員(特に小柄の女)の接客が最悪。まず店舗のスタッフが居ない。タイヤ性能や作業時間、価格など基本的な事の相談がしたかったがそれすら出来ず。まともな会話も出来ず、椅子に座ろうとしたら『座るな』と言われた。にらめ付けてくる店員は初めてだった。
その足でオートバックスでタイヤ交換をお願いしてきた。普通の接客がこんなに心地良いんだと改めて認識した。(この事をオートバックスで愚痴ったら、そう言ってうちに来るお客さん多いよと言われた)
タイヤフジはこんな社員教育では3年後会社無いよ。
The customer service of the clerk (especially a small woman) is the worst. First of all, there is no store staff. I wanted to talk about basic matters such as tire performance, working time, and price, but I couldn't even do that. I couldn't have a decent conversation, and when I tried to sit in a chair, I was told "Don't sit". It was the first time for a clerk to glare at me.
I asked AUTOBACS to change the tires with that foot. I realized once again that ordinary customer service is so comfortable. (If I complained about this at AUTOBACS, I was told that many customers would come to my house.)
Tire Fuji will not be a company in such employee education three years later.
