スタッフを呼びました。
その時間帯に居るスタッフはトラブル時の操作方法がわからない、、、と？
コスモのユニフォームを着てましたがトラブルの対処が出来ないのなら居る意味がないのでは、、、。
深夜でもある程度のトラブル対処は出来て欲しいですね。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ いつも利用させて頂いていて、ほとんどのスタッフさんは丁寧で感じが良いのですが受付にいるベテラン？の女性スタッフさんだけが毎回不機嫌そうな、感じの悪い接客態度です。
