今日は、【福砂屋】でキューブ型のカステラを２個セットを購入致しました。従業員の方々、小さな買い物なのに、丁寧な接客をありがとうございました。
また機会が有りましたら、お伺いします。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ＪＲ浦和駅前にある商業施設で、伊勢丹百貨店と繋がっています。地下通路があって、暑い日でもすぐに行けて、便利です。
It is a commercial facility in front of JR Urawa Station and is connected to Isetan Department Store. There is an underground passage, so you can go there even on a hot day, which is convenient.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 長年浦和に愛着があるので、PARCOよりコルソ使おうって思って買い物してましたが、その気持ちが失せました。
コロナ禍で営業時間が色々変わってどこが何時までかわからなくなってました。何かの搬入してたみたいで、「閉店しました。」という看板もなく、地下って21時までやってるっけ？と思って、コルソ通りに立ち止まっていたら警備のおじさんが、全館閉店です！！ってぶっきらぼうに言ってきました。大声でビックリして泣きそうになりました。愛想良くとは言いませんが、もっと普通に対応出来る人を雇った方が、お客さんにもお店のためにも良いと思います。
あとわかりやすいところに営業時間を書いたポスターを張るとか工夫をして欲しいです。
軽いトラウマになったので、暫くは利用できません。
I have been attached to Urawa for many years, so I decided to use Corso from PARCO and went shopping, but I lost that feeling.
Due to the corona, the business hours changed and I couldn't tell where and when. It seems that something was brought in, so there is no sign saying "The store has closed." Is it going underground until 21:00? I thought, and when I stopped at Corso Street, the security uncle closed the whole building! !! I said bluntly. I was so surprised and almost crying. I don't say it's amiable, but I think it's better for customers and shops to hire people who can handle it more normally.
I also want you to put up a poster with business hours in an easy-to-understand place.
It has become a light trauma and will not be available for a while.
