どのあたりが尖ったイタリアン、、なのかな？と。
家庭的な雰囲気で家庭的な前菜たっぷりのランチ、でした。
さごしを熟成…どうやって！？…させたパスタ、やわらかい味のトマトソースとさごしのぎゅっとしたおいしさ…コレは、タシカニ尖っている…。
そうか、気の抜けない手が加えられている点で、尖ったイタリアンですね(^-^)v
ちなみに、前菜は豆のパテがたっぷり、新鮮やわらかなルッコラ、はじめて食べるおいしいサラミと生ハム！と、女性ならこれだけでも食べたいはず、なワンプレートでした。
