★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 今日朝夫と息子と三人で彦根までツーリング行く途中息子のオフロードバイクの後輪がパンク？挙句の果にベルトまでとれ、修理をしてもらいに突然にも関わらず嫌な顔一つせずにむかえて頂き、無事にしかも低料金でなおしてくださいました。無事にツーリングに出れました。ほんとにお薦めです。これからまた家族でお世話になりたいと思います。?

やたらヘンコな感じや、よそよそしい接客でなく、なごむ感じの
人柄は初対面での緊張感なくすぐに馴染めて良いですね。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ジャドウ400クラシックの後輪タイヤがパンクしたため、修理を依頼しました。当初、ディーラーに問い合わせたところ、チューブの発注から交換まで数日かかるとのことでしたが、コンパスファクトリーさんに相談したところ、朝1番に来店したら、夜までには直しておくとのことで、ありがたくお願いしました。修理いただいた後、料金は3000円とのことで、これまたビックリでした。これからは、コンパスファクトリーさんに末永くお世話になろうと思います。
