この間こちらで電動を購入。他もいろいろ違う店で見ればよかったと後悔してます。と、ゆーのは担当してくださったおじさんが愛想は悪く声が小さく何ゆってるかわからなく、こちらが頼んで試乗したいと伝えても人がいるので危ないのでと。。え?自転車屋でなおかつ電動子供のせ自転車は高額な買い物なのに?カラーも取り寄せできるか聞いたら嫌な顔しながら電話して聞いてみますだの、サービスがなってない!他の店員さんはまだよかったですが自分の担当は最悪でした!保険もつけて購入しましたが結局ネットで買えば良かったと、それのが3万近く値段もちがいました。サービス業なので従業員の指導をお願いしたいです!

品揃えはいいけどそれ以外はダメ。 自分はそこでクロスバイクを買いなにも事故もせず数週間で左のペダルが緩んで修理しました。それからというもの異常はなく乗れていましたがこの前車と事故をしてしまい右ペダルと繋がってる漕ぐ時に回転する部分(説明下手)を修理してもらい受け取ったその日に次は右ペダルが緩んで外れました。その体験で自分は人生で初めてクレームを言いたいと思いました。なんなら返品してお金を返してもらい他の店で買い直したいぐらいです。

この店に限らず、自転車購入から受取までに時間がかかるのは分かっているので、開店直後(10時過ぎ)に行き、購入後に食事・買物をして、受取に戻る予定。日曜だけど開店直後は空いていた。元気な店員が2人。口コミにあった爺さんは?いた。店の中をウロウロ。挨拶はもちろんない。爺さん以外から購入して書類記入などした後、受渡しは14時以降に来てくださいとのこと。3時間ちょい。食事と買物を済ませ戻ると、割と混んでる。自転車を受け取って帰宅。不具合やパンクもなかったので、その後は行っていない。※コロナ禍前の話

数日前に子どもの自転車を購入すべく訪問しました。 他にもたくさんのお客さんがいるにも関わらず、店員さんは全員雑談をしながら修理作業。 カラー展開を確認したかったのでカタログを見たい旨を伝えると、「1部しかないのでお渡しはできない」と言いつつカウンター奥の棚上に置いたまま、結局見せてさえくれず。話にならなかったので、その足で別の店舗へ行って購入しました。 職人気質なのか、バイトだけで回しているのか、はたまた、修理の売上で十分だから新車を売る気はないのか知りませんが、いずれにせよ酷い接客対応で気分が悪くなりました。
