★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 数年前ですが夕方、受付の年配男性の態度が物凄く悪かった。サークル活動で部屋に入るまで1階の待合室で座って待っていたが、人数が多いのが気に入らないのか、「ここは杉並区の方が利用する施設です！フリースペースじゃありません！杉並区の方以外は外で待って下さい！」と大声でまくし立てられました。サークルの主催者は杉並区民で利用料も会員が払ってるのにあんまりです。
この件以降ここの施設は利用していません。お金出して、オッサンのせいで気分悪くなりたくないので。
A few years ago, in the evening, the attitude of the elderly man at the reception was terribly bad. I was sitting in the waiting room on the 1st floor and waiting until I entered the room for club activities, but maybe I don't like the large number of people, "This is a facility used by Suginami Ward! It's not a free space! Suginami Ward Please wait outside except for that! " The organizer of the circle is a resident of Suginami Ward, and the members pay the usage fee too much.
I have not used this facility since this incident. I don't want to spend money and feel sick because of the Ossan.

It takes about 5 minutes on foot from Asagaya station. The receptionist was polite and very pleasant.
