k	k k on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 既刊にも特典付けてくれるお店。でも特典付いてない本は買いたいと思えない。何故かというと何度か接客面で嫌な思いをしたことがあるから。余りにも接客向いてなさそうな人は一人除いてみんな見かけなくなったけど、残ってる一人が…。レジで他の店員に客の悪口言ってたり、その場にいない上司？への不満をずっとレジで怒って同僚に捲し立ててたり、機嫌が悪い時に露骨にそれを無関係の客に出して接客してきたり。責任者っぽい人はいつ見ても頑張ってるし、一人白髪混じりの人は感じがいいし、独自特典もあるんだけど、そういうの全て帳消しにして「潰れないかな？」と思ってしまうレジ立たない方がいい人が一人います。ポイント還元が多いお店とか色々選択肢がある中で、あえて特典付いていない本でも買うっていうのはお店のファンになって貢献するということですが、そうさせるのって結局の所は「人」だと思うし、それって接客だと思うんですよね。新宿と秋葉原、今は秋葉原だけなのに独自特典付けられる出版社や作家との繋がりはすごいなと何時も思いますが、客との繋がりという部分では…。責任者っぽい人はそういう面もちゃんとしてるんですけど、駄目な店員への教育という意味では目が行き届いていないですね。 A shop that gives you special benefits even if it has already been published. But I don't want to buy a book without special benefits. The reason is that I have had some unpleasant feelings in terms of customer service. I haven't seen anyone except one who doesn't seem to be too good at serving customers, but the remaining one ... A boss who isn't there or is saying bad things about customers to other clerk at the cash register? I've been angry at the cash register for all the dissatisfaction with my colleagues, and when I'm in a bad mood, I blatantly give it to unrelated customers and serve them. The person who seems to be the person in charge is always doing his best, the person with gray hair feels good, and there are unique benefits, but I canceled all of that and thought "Is it crushed?" There is one person who shouldn't. There are various options such as shops with many points, but buying books without special benefits means becoming a fan of the shop and contributing, but in the end, "people" I think that's what I think is customer service. I always think that the connection between Shinjuku and Akihabara, and the publishers and writers who can get their own special benefits even though it is only in Akihabara, is amazing, but in terms of the connection with customers ... The person in charge is doing that kind of thing properly, but in terms of educating the bad clerk, he isn't very careful.

G	GmanCommand on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really narrow comic/book store for 18+ stuff. Its so cramped you hardly can move around inside. But you really can find good stuff in there. Worth to check it out.

It contains manga, light novels, hobby books, and adult material on the 3rd floor. It's no more than 7 minutes walk from the stations in the area (JR, Tsukuba Express, etc). Be prepared to weave about carefully as it is tight in the store!
