★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 出張時のビデオ会議での商談用に借りましたがWifiが全く使えず、問い合わせの電話番号もないため解決できず、結局携帯のテザリングを使用しました。
上記の状況を伝えて返金を求めましたが「WiFiの不具合に際して返金は行っておりません」の一点張り。不誠実な対応、非常に残念でした。
I borrowed it for a video conference on a business trip, but I couldn't solve it because I couldn't use Wifi at all and I didn't have a phone number for inquiries, so I ended up using mobile tethering.
I told the above situation and asked for a refund, but one point is "We do not refund in case of WiFi malfunction". I was very disappointed with the dishonest response.
