It was promised to meet at 10 am but got tel at 9:15 am on the same day for the cancelation of appointment for room check-up. The reason was, made agreement with other customer. Terrible, idiotic customer service. 他の人が決まったら早めに連絡してくれよ。10時に現地で待ち合わせの約束が有ったのに9:15にキャンセルの連絡が有った。最悪のビジネスマナーです。 One of the worst company in the city.
