するとどうでしょう！今まで食べたカヌレの中で一番美味しいではありませんか。
他ではもう食べられません。

 The collage croissants were by far the best croissants I've ever eaten, so I thought the canelé would be delicious, so I bought six.
Then what about! Isn't it the most delicious canelé I have ever eaten?
I can't eat it anywhere else.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 店内もトイレも清潔でパフェも美味しくてスタッフの方も親切でした。
店舗が2階なので目立たずまだあまり知られてないのかな？空いていて、ゆっくり過ごすことが出来ました。
ただ、Instagramの見本の写真にはまわりに栗が乗っているのに私のものには乗っていないのに今気がつきました。
The inside of the store and the toilet were clean, the parfait was delicious, and the staff were kind.
The store is on the 2nd floor, so it's not noticeable and isn't well known yet? It was vacant and I was able to spend time slowly.
However, I just noticed that the Instagram sample photo has chestnuts around it, but not mine.

ピエール・エルメで修行したパティシエがつくるパフェはとても美味しかったので、宮崎台の新しい名所となりそう！
（他の名所は、北京とマユール）
価格が高めと感じる方もいるかもしれませんが、味・食感・こだわりを鑑みれば妥当と感じました。
オープンしたてだったのでドリンクの扱いはなかったですが、ここにコーヒーや紅茶があると毎週いきたくなりそうです＾＾
I visited in September 2020 right after the opening.
The parfait made by the pastry chef who trained at Pierre Hermé was very delicious, so it seems to be a new attraction in Miyazakidai!
(Other attractions are Beijing and Mayur)
Some people may feel that the price is high, but I felt it was reasonable considering the taste, texture, and commitment.
I didn't handle drinks because it was just opened, but if you have coffee or tea here, you'll want to go every week ^^

ランチというよりは軽食なので男性は物足りないかも。
デザート系はアイスじゃなくて
ちゃんとソフトクリームが食べられるのが嬉しいポイントです。
コーヒーはマシン抽出なので
ドリンクよりスイーツに力を入れてる感じ。
少し割高ですが宮崎台は家賃も高いので妥当なお値段かと。
宮崎台はゆっくり過ごせるカフェが少ないので
駅チカだしまた行きたいです。

カフェインレスのラテが飲めるのがすごく嬉しい！美味しかったです。
カヌレも外側パリパリ中しっとりでとても美味しいので、手土産にもおすすめです。
川崎じもと応援券、電子マネーにも対応されててありがたいです。

Googleマップのクチコミでピエールエルメで修行した店長さんがやられてるとのことで、日曜日のお昼がわりにと思って伺いました。
先客は2名、自分がいる1時間しない間にもテイクアウトが3組来店してました。
頼んだのは900円のランチセットBLT。
（他にはツナトマトバーガーがありました）
オーダーしている間に目に止まったカヌレ、スコーンも追加。
ランチセットは、ベーコンレタストマトバーガー、ソフトドリンク、ミニパフェの構成です。バーガーのバンズが見た目もいいですがしっかりパンの味がして意外に食べがいがあります。主役はバンズでした。
あとカヌレが凄く良かった。外はカリカリ、中はしっとり。初めてちゃんとしたカヌレを食べたのかなと思いました。
近所なのでまたリピート予定です。ウーバーイーツ、ウォルトも加盟しているようなのでそちらからも頼めますよ。おすすめです。

再訪して、クロワッサンとマロンパフェ食べました。他の人がコメントされてる通りクロワッサンは段違いです。
噛み音は音フェチの人にハマりそうなパリパリ音がします。
あとサイズが成人男性の手のひらぐらいあります。
マロンパフェも美味しかったですが何よりクロワッサン、必食です。

I ordered a 900 yen lunch set BLT.
(There was another tuna tomato burger)
Canelé and scones that caught my eye while ordering were also added.
The lunch set consists of bacon lettuce tomato burger, soft drink and mini parfait. The burger buns look good, but they taste like bread and are surprisingly rewarding. The protagonist was Vans.
Also, the canelé was very good. The outside is crispy and the inside is moist. I wondered if I ate a proper canelé for the first time.
Since it is a neighborhood, I plan to repeat it again. It seems that Uber Eats and Wolt are also members, so you can ask from there as well. it's recommended.

I visited again and ate croissants and marron parfait. Croissants are out of place as others have commented.
The biting sound is a crispy sound that seems to be addicted to people with sound fetish.
It's about the size of an adult male's palm.
The marron parfait was also delicious, but above all, croissants are a must.
