GW中に引っ越しするが1ヶ月も前に解約手続きをしているのに、直前の土曜に「GW中は休みなので、今日部屋の確認をしたい」と言われる始末。星1どころではない。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 契約時は大変丁寧で女性の店員さんも愛想の言い方で良かったのですが、その後にトラブルが有りご相談した際に男性の方が対応に当たられた途端非常に高圧的な態度で話が通じづ大変腹が立ちました。何かあった際に相談など一切できない不動産さん屋さんだと承知の上でご利用されたほうが良いです。

重点事項説明は録音してありましたので、そのような説明は受けていないと伝えたところ、しばらくしたら敷金は返金するという書面が来ました。
