豆が新鮮なので、お湯を差すとぷっくり粉が膨れる。仕入れた豆を焙煎して、ミルカッターで挽くこだわり。
美味しい珈琲を飲むには、まずおいしい豆を仕入れることだそう。自分がおいしいと思う珈琲を淹れなくちゃ…とマスター。
扉を開けると、一瞬にして重厚な異空間。こじんまりとした感じもいい。充実の一時でした。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ここのコーヒーは本当にオススメです。ただし、時間制限があるのと喫煙OKみたいなので、嫌煙家にはちょっと辛いです。
I really recommend the coffee here. However, smoking is OK because there is a time limit, so it is a bit painful for smokers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ レトロ感満載のコーヒー専門店。お店に入ると焙煎の香りが漂ってきます。頂いたのはアイスウインナー。たっぷりの氷の上に淹れたてのコーヒーを注ぐのが見えました。かなり美味しいコーヒーを頂くことができました。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ コーヒーを飲み干しタバコに火をつけて直ぐに時間制なので退店してほしいと言われました。それを言うなら事前に時間制と伝えてほしい、、、。お陰でゆっくりはできませんでした。
