ここの赤飯は、亡くなった母親の味。赤飯は、長岡じゃないと嫌なのだ。関東の味がしない赤いご飯は、今でも抵抗があります。
長岡に来るときは、このお店で必ず赤飯を買います。と～っても、美味しいのだ。特別な時に蒸かしてくれた、母親の特別な味。
私は、長岡を代表する味は、長岡赤飯だと思います。色々なグルメはあるけど、これは譲れない‼️。そして、このお店は、どれも美味しい?
