★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 駅の両側にある駅ビルの１つで、5階には市のサービスコーナーもある。サービスコーナーは第1,3の日曜以外の土日祝は休み。
一方、同じ5階にはこのビルの総合案内があり、市の業務の一部を委託しているようですが、この対応がビックリするくらい悪い。４人も職員がいる中、職員同士で喋ったりパソコンの画面に釘付けで、窓口に立っても反応せず。呼んでも挨拶はなく、めんどくさそうになんだと言いたげな態度。欲しいものを伝えても、無言で差し出す。それを見ている上司らしき男性の職員が注意やフォローとすると思いきや、何も言わない。
今時公的な業務を担っていて、ここまで応対が酷い窓口があることに唖然としてしまった。
