El dueño -que, a su vez, hace de único empleado del lugar- nos invitó a sentarnos en una mesa cerca de la puerta; por suerte, teníamos un pequeña estufa al lado nuestro que nos permitió estar más cómodos durante la velada (ese día -durante el mes de enero- la temperatura llegó a 5 grados bajo cero). El lugar es una casa muy linda, llena de libros por todos lados. Sonó música bossa nova y ambiental durante el rato que permanecimos allí. Aparte de nosotros, sólo había dos personas más sentadas en la barra. Nos trajo dos cartas de tragos y una con los especiales del día y del día anterior. Aparentemente, él elige el menú de cada día y brinda dos o tres opciones; cada hoja tenía la fecha en su margen superior derecho (lamentablemente, no pude sacar foto de esto último ya que nos trajo su notebook para mostrarnos estos platos: no los tenía impresos). Para tomar pedimos agua sin gas y vino tinto de la casa. Para comer: - papas al horno con pork; - noodles salteadas con verduras; - omelette. Luego de hacer el pedido, nos dimos cuenta que el dueño/mozo/anfitrión también se encargaba de cocinar cada plato! Espectacular: único persona encargada de todo lo que sucedía dentro de su establecimiento. A medida que iba terminando la cocción de cada plato en su diminuta cocina -situada atrás de la barra- nos lo iba trayendo a la mesa. Cada plato estuvo riquísimo y su cantidad fue aceptable. La relación precio-calidad es excelente y, en especial, el vino estaba a una temperatura precisa para ser tomado. Recomiendo enérgicamente ir a visitar este lugar, y espero que adquiera mayor publicidad ya que no es fácil de ubicar. Salud! We opened the sliding door and entered. The owner - who, in turn, acts as the sole employee of the place - invited us to sit at a table near the door; luckily, we had a small stove next to us that allowed us to be more comfortable during the evening (that day - during the month of January - the temperature reached 5 degrees below zero). The place is a very nice house, full of books everywhere. Bossa nova and ambient music played during the time we stayed there. Apart from us, there were only two more people sitting at the bar. He brought us two drinks cards and one with the specials of the day and the day before. Apparently, he chooses the daily menu and offers two or three options; each sheet had the date in its upper right margin (unfortunately, I could not take a picture of the latter since he brought us his notebook to show us these dishes: he did not have them printed). To drink we ask for still water and red wine from the house. To eat: - Baked potatoes with pork; - noodles sautéed with vegetables; - omelette After placing the order, we realized that the owner / waiter / host was also in charge of cooking each dish! Spectacular: only person in charge of everything that happened inside your establishment. As she finished cooking each dish in her tiny kitchen-located behind the bar-she was bringing it to the table. Each dish was delicious and its quantity was acceptable. The price-quality ratio is excellent and, in particular, the wine was at a precise temperature to be taken. I strongly recommend going to visit this place, and I hope it gets more publicity as it is not easy to locate. Health!

We found this spot, it looked like a bookstore but people were eating, it is small, they do not speak english but everything was so good! They had great wine, and the experience of having dinner surrounded by books, I loved it! Este fue uno de los mejores encuentros que tuve con un bistro! Caminábamos tarde en la noche en el barrio de Koenjikita y teníamos hambre! Encontramos este lugar, que parecía una librería pero la gente estaba comiendo, es chiquito, no hablan inglés pero todo fue excelente!
