暑い日の晩に行きました。お客さんは皆韓国の人、店員さんもあまり日本語が上手でなく、韓国旅行に行った気分でした。ビールを頼んだら4種類のパンチャン(おかず)が出てきました。イカの炒め物、チーズトッポッキをつまみに黒豆マッコリを飲み、最後に冷麺&ビビン麺を食べました。ここの麺は自家製だそうで、市販のものよりさらに細く白っぽい麺でした。すべての食べ物がおいしく、満足して帰りました。
I went on a hot night. All the customers were Korean and the clerk was not very good at Japanese, so I felt like I went on a trip to Korea. When I ordered beer, 4 kinds of banchan (side dishes) came out. I drank black soybean makgeolli with squid stir-fry and cheese toppokki, and finally ate cold noodles and bibim noodles. It seems that the noodles here are homemade, and they were thinner and whitish than the ones on the market. All the food was delicious and I was satisfied with my return.

地元の方に、「食の宝庫、全羅道出身のシェフが開いたお店で、この界隈でダントツ!」と勧められて行ってみました。女将さん手作りのキムチは全羅道独特の味付けで、旨みが濃くておいしいです。懐かしくて、キムチお持ち帰りをお願いしました。いただいたスンデグッはえごまの粉と香辛料をふんだんに使っていて、本場の味。日本人向けにはまったくしていないので好みが分かれると思いますが、韓食マニアならば必食かと思います。看板メニューの韓国式のお刺身は、次回、グループで挑戦したいです。夜は予約必須のようです。

The kimchi handmade by the proprietress is seasoned uniquely to Jeolla-do and has a strong flavor and is delicious. I missed it and asked for kimchi to be taken home. The Sundegutsu I received uses plenty of perilla powder and spices, and has a genuine taste. I don't think it's for Japanese people at all, so I think they have different tastes, but if you're a Korean food enthusiast, I think it's a must. Next time, I would like to try Korean-style sashimi on the signboard menu as a group. It seems that reservations are required at night.

巷には韓国料理屋か焼肉屋か、中途半端なお店が多いですが、こちらのお店は完璧な韓国料理屋さんです。駅からは多少離れますが、5時開店の時間に予約をさせて頂き、6時には満席になっていました。 お料理てすが、知人にお刺身が有名なお店なので、必ず予約をした方が良いと言われて、三人で1万円のコースを予約しました。 出てきたお料理は、写真の通りですが盛り上がって何枚か取り忘れました。 このコースプラス韓国焼酎5本瓶ビール三本に生ビール五杯で、お会計16000円でした。最初間違えているのかと思うくらい安かったです。 お味の方は日本人に合わせた韓国料理ではなく、普通の韓国の方が食べる韓国料理です。多少の辛さはありますが、日本人でも普通食べられます。 あまりにも美味しかったので、また今月末にお伺いをしようと思っています。

It was so cheap that I thought I made a mistake at first. The taste is not Korean food tailored to Japanese, but Korean food that ordinary Korean people eat. Although it is a little spicy, even Japanese people can usually eat it. It was so delicious that I will visit again later this month.

メニューの(右)上はお店のイチオシだと思ってます。スンデグック?と、オーダーしてから検索すると、豚の腸に春雨を詰めた内臓腸詰め料理との事。最初に提供されたご飯とキムチをつまんでいると、熱々の鉄鍋で登場したスンデグック。相当クセが強そうと思いきや、たっぷりのスパイスで臭みは全く無い。多種なホルモンがいっぱい入ってて、これは美味しい。韓国語の飛び交う店内の雰囲気は異世界。三河島のコリアンタウンを代表する良いお店です。

When I was picking up the rice and kimchi that was first served, Sundeguk appeared in a hot iron pot. I thought it was quite addictive, but it had plenty of spices and no odor. It's full of various hormones and it's delicious. The atmosphere inside the store where Korean is spoken is a different world. It is a good shop that represents Korean Town in Mikawashima.
