★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 三河島の韓国料理店。せっかくなので店名でもある済州島の名物料理ムルフェ(雀鯛の水刺し身、雀鯛のせごしをキュウリや荏胡麻の葉を刻んだのと一緒に冷や汁に入れた様な済州島の初夏の名物料理)を注文。雀鯛のせごしやキュウリ、荏胡麻の葉の味、食感はよかったが、汁が少し風味が足りない感じでした。食べ終わってサービスの女性が汁を残しているのを見咎めて"全部食べないの?"と聴かれました。"具は全部食べたよ"と答えると、"初めて来たお客だったので薄めの味にしたけど、今度はしっかりした味にしますよ"と言って、わざわざ奥にいる社長に伝えてくれました。なかなか気持ちのいいコミュニケーションでした。細かい気配りと次回以降に期待して星一つおまけしました。
