★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 15年以上前から何かあるとお世話になっています。どんどん規模が大きな病院になっていき、スタッフの対応が残念な感じになっているのが否めません。先生の診察は的確で頼りになるだけに非常にもったいない。まず受付のスタッフの対応が悪い。受付は病院の第一印象を左右します。お給料もらって働いているのですから、もっとプロフェッショナルな意識と対応で職務にあたって欲しいものです。全体的にスタッフに笑顔がない。威圧的です。★4は先生への評価です。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ガングリオンの手術を受けました。凄く時間がかかっていて大丈夫ですか？と聞くと今摘出するものを見つけましたと言われたので、摘出したもの見せてくださいと言ったところつぶれたので大丈夫ですとのこと。終わってしばらくたち抜糸に行きましたが患部の腫れも痛みも全くひいておらず、おかしいなと思い愛知医大に行ったところ、全くとれておりませんと言われもう一度手術をすることになりました。手術後に摘出した物も見せていただきました。その後痛みも腫れもひきました。悪いことは言いません。ここはやめておいた方がいいです。今思えば手術中も芝居をしていたんだと思います。つぶれたからと嘘もつきますし。愛知医大の担当していただいた先生は笑ってました。普段の診察も待ち時間は長いですし、診察も適当っぽいです。こんな場所で手術したと思うと怖いです。

受付の人の対応が悪い。後どれくらいですか？のありきたりな質問にもかなり態度悪い。診察後のレントゲン待ちにもかなり時間かかり、小さい子供を家に預けていて時間かかりすぎるとちょっと困るので、診察代は支払うので帰りますと言ったら、『え、レントゲン撮るのに帰るんですか？』と言われました。結局レントゲン撮った後も結果を言うのにあと1時間くらいかかり、その後諸々で1時間半はかかると言われたので結局帰りました。なぜこんなに混んでるのか全くわからない。

とても広いし、混んでいます。
若い方や、リハビリの年配の方が多いです。
先生はとても話のわかる方です。
受付の印象も悪くありません。
ただとても混んでいて待つのでそこだけがネックです。
駐車場もたくさんあるし、人気の整形外科だと思います。
