★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 患者の側に全くたってくれていない。スタッフの人は皆さん凄く感じが良いが、当の院長は患者の気持ちを無視して非協力的。近所の友人や知り合いからの評判も悪い。ちゃんと調べてから行けばよかった。次怪我するようなことがあれば違うクリニックに行きます。
The patient hasn't taken me at all. The staff members are all very nice, but the director is ignorant of the patient's feelings and uncooperative. It is not well received by friends and acquaintances in the neighborhood. I should have looked it up before going. Next time I go to a different clinic if I get hurt.

院長先生、全てのスタッフがとても感じ良く心暖まる声をかけて戴きました。

スタッフの対応も気持ちがいい。
近所でも評判はいいし、多少の混雑は人気の証とおもう。この周辺の整形外科では断トツで信頼できる。
The director is really good. He cares about the patient.
Staff feels good.
It has a good reputation in the neighborhood, and some congestion is a sign of popularity. In orthopedic surgery around this, it is absolutely reliable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ マレットフィンガーと診断されたけど普段の生活には支障がないと治療をしなくてもいいと言われた でも朝顔を洗うと曲がった指が鼻に入るので困っていた 別の病院に行ったら治るので治療しなさいと言われ治療したら治った この病院の診断を信じなくて良かった 人生で取り返しのつかないことになりかねなかった
I was diagnosed with a mallet finger, but I was told that I wouldn't have to treat it if it wouldn't interfere with my daily life, but when I washed my morning glory, my bent finger got into my nose, so I was in trouble. I was told to treat it and it was cured. I didn't have to believe in the diagnosis of this hospital. It could be irreparable in my life.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 受付の女性2人が最悪。高圧的で態度もえらそう、無愛想で、いつも半分キレてる。人によって態度が違う。新しい受付が入ってもすぐ辞めるのか、納得。タメ口で、待ち時間が長かったからあとどれ位か聞きに行ったら「混んでるから」って。耳を疑いました。
Two women at the reception are the worst. It's high-pressure, it seems to have an attitude, it's unfriendly, and it's always half sharp. Different people have different attitudes. I'm convinced that I will quit soon after a new reception. I had a long waiting time, so when I went to ask how much more I had, I said, "It's crowded." I doubted my ears.
