★ ★ ★ ★ ★ おばさんと娘さんがおり、元気です。豚ホルモン、タン、ハツ、センマイ、豚カルビ、時々豚足他、ジンギスカンは冷凍、牛肉はありません。タレは、自家製の味噌タレと甘口の醤油タレ美味しいです。私は、炭火焼き、タンの塩、小塩がお奨めです。昔は、店内で食べられ ましたが、今は、お持ち帰りのみ。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ジンギスカン4人前を持ち帰りました。調理方法を聞かなかったので、キャベツと肉を炒めて付属のタレを付けて食べました。肉はラム肉の割には鮮度が良いのか臭みは無くあっさりして、後味が良いです。私はまぁまあでしたが、娘がめちゃくちゃに気に入ったので、また買いに伺います。
I brought back 4 servings of Genghis Khan. I didn't ask how to cook it, so I fried cabbage and meat and ate it with the attached sauce. The meat is fresh for lamb meat, it has no odor and is light and has a good aftertaste. I was ok, but my daughter really liked it so I'll come back to buy it.

お店の外観からはお肉を売ってるとは思えないようなお店なんですけど、中に入るとショーケースに並んだ、ホルモンやお肉がありました。
豚足は運がよく出来た弟だったみたいで、結構たくさんありました。ちょうど買っていたのお客さんが入ってきて短足を三つぐらい頼んでいました。多分人気の商品なんだと思います。豚足には味は付いてないので、塩コショウで食べてねって、店員さんが言ってました。
パンを頼んだら、甘辛いタレを一緒に入れてくれました。この誰と一緒に炒めてねーって言ってました。家に帰ってホルモンとタンを食べましたが、とても美味しかったです。豚足は全然脂っぽくもなくて、とても食べやすかったです。お値段もリーズナブルなので、また利用したいなと思いました。
