★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 初めての訪問でした。コロナ禍で現在は完全予約制で、当日予約で行きました。陶板浴は初めてでしたが、サウナより暑くなく40分通しで外に出て休憩することなく過ごしました。うっすら汗をかく感じですが、体はすっきり気分爽快です。たくさん汗をかきたい方には、物足りないと思います。体質改善や身体の調子を良くしたい方向きだそうです。
