平	平安名直人 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 車も値段にしては安い方だと思いますし従業員の対応も親切丁寧で印象は良いと思いますが他の方の口コミと同じく車内の清掃がやられてなく後ろのシートの上はタバコの灰だらけでした前の借りた人が吸ったんだろうと思うけど禁煙車なのに車内で吸うマナーの無い人間はレンタカー借りるなと思う I think the car is cheaper for the price, and the employees are kind and polite, and I think the impression is good, but like the reviews of other people, the inside of the car has not been cleaned and the back seat is covered with cigarettes. 隣	隣のあいう on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ １ヶ月k-2プラン (車種MOVE) を初めてご利用させて頂きました。他の所と比べると断然安いです！天白店は今は閉業してますがそちらでお電話予約させて頂きこちら元植田店にお借り来ました。一応気になった点をいくつか… ①接客の対応はすごく良かったですがお借りする際のキズの確認で元からあるキズ等の把握が全然出来ておらず私が見つけた所を記載するという形でした。お借りして帰ってからじっくり見ると確認出来たキズ以外にも沢山あり『え、これ返した時に何か言われるのでは？』と思い不安でしたが …返却時に特になにも言われなかったので実際は把握してるのかな？という感じです。(聞けば良かった話ですが汗) ②少し清掃洗車が行き届いてませんでした泥とか結構ついてて窓とか土埃？も目立ちました。最初乗った時も凄いタバコ臭く使用済みの絆創膏のゴミと飲料ホルダーの所が何かこぼれた後がありベタベタしておりました。 ③ハンドルがほんの少し左に曲がってましたまっすぐにすると少し右に行ってしまいます。あと、スピードが結構出てる状態でブレーキを掛けると毎回ハンドルが凄いガタガタガタガタ！となり正直怖かったです。遠出もせずスピードも出し過ぎないようにしたので１ヶ月特に問題なく乗れました！ (これも電話なり直ぐすれば良かった話ですね汗) ですが ②は自分で借りた時に清掃なり洗車すれば良いですし ① ③は気になったら直ぐ聞いてみるのが一番ですね！以上を踏まえても本当に他社から比べると凄く安いのでまた利用させて頂きますm(._.)m I am using the k-2 plan (model MOVE) for the first time for 1 month. Also, when the brakes are applied while the speed is quite high, the handle is rattling every time! I was scared to be honest. I didn't go far and I didn't go too fast, so I was able to ride without any problems for a month! (This is also a story that I should have just called, sweat) but ② should be cleaned and washed when you rent it yourself If you are worried about ① and ③, it is best to ask them immediately! Even considering the above, it is really cheap compared to other companies I will use it again m(._.)m
ハ	ハラカッパ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ めちゃくちゃ安い、割に他店よりもオプションとかもなしで乗れる！！清掃も以前にクレーム(以前の口コミ)があったからかは分かりませんが、とても丁寧にされています。本当にここ以外で借りれなくなります笑 It's really cheap, but you can ride it without any options compared to other stores! !! I don't know if the cleaning was done before because of a complaint (previous review), but it's very polite. I can't really borrow it anywhere else lol
