★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ヴェルファイアを2.3週間ほど前に予約した際には言われなかったのですが、借りる朝にいきなりバックモニター無しですと言われました。
長距離の運転だったので交代で運転しようと思っていたのでいきなりで不安でした。
前もって言われていれば変更も可能だったのになと思いました‥‥
でも、店員さんの態度や話し方は丁寧でよかったです。
I wasn't told when I booked Vellfire about 2.3 weeks ago, but suddenly in the morning I rented it, I was told that I didn't have a back monitor.
Since I was driving a long distance, I was thinking of taking turns, so I was suddenly anxious.
I thought it was possible to change it if it was said in advance ...
However, it was good that the clerk's attitude and way of speaking were polite.
