零	零れい on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 今まで行った快活CLUBの中でいちばん酷い状態でした。下の皮シートもボロボロでそのまま寝たら皮が身体に付きます。そして、トイレやドリンクバーもかなり汚れており、すぐ退出しました。 ※フードメニューもない店舗でした他の秋葉原など近くの店舗にされることをオススメします It was the worst condition of all the cheerful clubs I've ever been to. モ	モチ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ネカフェに接客の質を期待する方が間違ってるのかもしれないが、それにしても接客の基本すら出来てない。特に若い女性店員。まさに客の対応中に店員同士で雑談したり、狭い廊下で利用客が向こうから来てるのに平気でズカズカ歩いていく女性店員と避けさせられてる客。客が偉いものとは思いませんが、ちょっと接客業の態度としては疑問ですね。これだと利用後のブース掃除や感染症対策と謳う施策もちゃんとやってるか怪しいもんだと思ってしまう。私はココの利用は控えて、別店舗か他社を利用しようと思います。 It may be wrong to expect the quality of customer service from Internet cafes, but even so, the basics of customer service are not done. ど	どいはちろう on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 清潔感なさすぎてびっくり。地元の快活倶楽部は綺麗な所が多かったので驚きました。退室後に部屋の掃除してるのか疑うレベル。まず個室の扉を開けた瞬間独特な匂いがしました。前の客の匂いなのか…なんとも言えないほのかな獣臭。床は白い埃？の様なものがたくさん散ってたし、デスクの上もなんか埃っぽいし。部屋数多くて大変なんだろうけど、床も机も汚いのはちゃんと掃除してないとしか思えない。ドリンクサーバーなどの共用の部分もベトベトで気持ち悪い…。駅近なのと全室個室なところ以外利点ないかな。別の店舗行くしもう利用しません。 I was surprised because it was too clean.
