★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This club is lit indeed. Music on point, vibes on point, talent on point. I would 100% recommend spending part of your night here if in Shibuyu. Two thumbs up. The bottom floor is a dance party!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fun place, but super rude staff. 2 guys in front of me bumped into each other and dropped some ice on the floor. A woman came and ordered me in Japanese to pick it up, while I was trying to say i did not do anything and that it was not mine (with my basic Japanese). She still kept poking me to do it and someone behind me told me what she was telling me. I was afraid of getting kicked out if I did not do what she wanted so I just conceded and basically took the role of cleaning the ice when it was obviously HER or other staff's job to do so.
0/10 staff, even the bartenders aren't friendly. But what makes it have 2 stars is the music and that most people are nice and you can have a good time, except when this annoying kind of things happen.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They require you to upload your personal ID to their server, and their reason is they need to contact you in case someone got sick. That's a sick lie. Since when phone number/email is not good enough?! Are they going to send me a post card?! First time ever a club requires to upload personal ID (a bank, yes. A club, just no way). I don't think they have competency to handle this kind of private information. My friends did enter it's a complete empty anw. Lucky I didn't waste any money.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Waste of time. Extreme rip-off. 3000 Yen cover charge for females (even higher for guys) and the bathroom didn't even stock hand soap. Normal bars and pubs with zero cover fee in Japan all provide soap.
My water bottle was confiscated prior to entry and they charge 500 yen for a small bottle of water. The floor was sticky and filthy and my shoes stuck to it. Clear contrast to another club I recently visited with employees frequently cleaning the floor. Interior of club extremely crowded and packed. Many guests were rude and barged into each other and us instead of making their way through the club normally. High amount of intoxicated Americans behaving poorly. Generic music and a generic drinks menu. Drinks are made using the cheapest well liquor, so they're low quality and overpriced.
I do not recommend spending your night here unless you want to be disappointed by the experience. Virtually zero seating unless you book a VIP table, again, unlike other Tokyo clubs that have some free tables available. Also, the staff physically shove and push their way through the crowd because it's so packed. Bonus round: I am female and security tried to evict me from the female restroom because I had short hair.
