Been coming here for more than a year now, the staffs are all very friendly and responsible, always keep the the place nice and fresh. RYUSEI is an awesome trainer, helped me with my nutrition and maintaining a healthy weight gain. I was suffering from stress and depression when I got back to Japan, he helped me and we worked together to improve and recover in every single session. Always able to keep my discipline and motivation at peek, I trust him not just as reliable mentor, but also as a great friend.

I am Trainer, in as much as I have not.been to this wonderful gym. From the comments below. My fellow coaches are doing great. I wish that one day, I will train the great men and women in this gym on aerobics dance and yoga. All I need to say is never Give up. No matter what happen, never quit, endure every pains that come to ur body and be the best.

Ross is a very good trainer. He gives good advice and he a a very good method of teaching. He also gives you advice during the workout and after the workout. The receptionists are very nice and they are very helpful. Also the exercising equipment is very good. Overall I think club 360 is a great place to get fit.

It’s been one year since I started at Club 360, and I’ve lost 14 kilos, fixed my back and leg pain, and have finally gotten into a healthy groove that has benefitted me both personally and professionally. I’ve invited four of my colleagues to join me at the club, and I’ve seen them undergo similar transformations. The friendly-yet-professional atmosphere, as well as the coordinated teamwork between the training and the physio staff, have helped me to keep at it motivated while free of injury. I’ve had a great experience all around. I really can’t recommend 360 enough.

Club 360 is solid. As a former group fitness coach, I appreciate the professionalism of the group sessions. There are clear explanations, thoughtful progressions, and the right mix of fun and challenging. I've also used their Physio services to take care of a knee injury. They were able to recommend a great English-speaking doctor in Tokyo. The Club 360 physiotherapist worked closely with the doctor, making the transition from surgery to rehab (and back to working out) seamless.

I’ve been part of private small group lessons at Club 360 with Scott for four months and have to say he’s one of the best trainers out there. He’s workouts have been tough and well-structured, and he’s done a fantastic job of paying attention to each member’s strengths and weaknesses. He’s always observing and offer relevant advice. Allan has also taught our sessions and he’s always got a variation or modified exercise to check our egos! Club 360 has been flexible when rearranging our schedules and adding extra days to our workouts, etc. I’ve lost over 12 kilos in that time and look forward to working hard and reaching my goals with Club360.

I’ve been going to Club360 for a over 6 months now. I started with a basic assessment and moved on to personal training sessions and classes. Ive been doing personal training with Scott Brinkley and I have nothing but positive things to say. Ive been lifting weights for years but Scott took be back to basic fundamentals and I quickly saw progress with endurance and heavier weight. He has also given me tips on nutrition and even helpful hints about living in Japan. My wife is now doing sessions with Scott and is excited we can discuss weightlifting together. Highly recommended!!!

Great gym, good mix of equipment, clean and positive vibe for sure. Lots of different options depending on your preference with workouts. Very nice fitness space :) The staff are very friendly. The personal trainers are very knowledgeable. I currently train with Oisin. I am happy with my results so far and I am very pleased with the progress towards my fitness and weight loss goals.
