★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had the pleasure of working here.
The staff loves the kids, but the quality of the environment is not good.
Several factors. They let kids come in sick spreading various types of viruses. Then they blame and punish the staff when they get sick.
When staff has a work related injury, there is no light duty. There is no help.
They bank on the staff's love for kids as a way to try and avoid paying their staff and encouraging them to work free overtime during their unpaid lunch break or afterwards to prepare for the kids since little preparation time is given during the day.
They think because they are short staffed everyone should work enough for two people at all times in order to pick up the slack. They think because they can't afford to hire the needed staff that it's the staff's responsibility. And because the staff loves kids so they try to push themselves too hard, but it's at the expense of their health and well being. That's not fair to the kids either because the teachers are not healthy enough to teach effectively.
