香	香西正士 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ これからは特に英語が話せないと世界に通用しないので物心つかない内から自然に英語が身につければと言う想いで運営されているハピオスインターナショナルさんにお邪魔しました。内田代表のしっかりした理念や方針をお聞きして熱い情熱を感じました。英語の教育ではなく、自然の生活の中で英語を楽しく身に付けれる環境重視が好感が持てた。お昼の食事も安心、安全のオーガニックの食材を契約農家さんから仕入れて、自園調理にこだわった食育に徹していることにも感心しました。 From now on, if I can't speak English, it won't be accepted in the world, so I visited Hapios International, who runs with the idea that I should learn English naturally from the inside out. E	E慶太 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 「↙多々-羅列してみると⤵」 ①S氏→フランス系男スタッフ→M氏→T氏、1年半未満で最低４名以上は辞めていってる。 ②「他父兄メールアドレス全開」で送信してくる、しかも2回以上も。個人情報取り扱いに関して大変疎い（個人情報メールアドレス全開ミスを大変悪い事、の認識はまったく無い。しかも園長は元大阪市の職員やのに。コンプライアンスの何学んできたんかな？笑) ③9月中旬頃に迅速入園料納付したとたん、9月末のparents-day〈父兄参観〉で気忙しいので10月から登園ください、と。で、結局10月２週目まで待つハメに。“気ぜわしい”って？向こう都合のキバ向きめいたものを垣間見た気が。 ④スクールバス片道リクエストするも満席との返事。しかし7日も経たず５人キッズ増加してたで。〈新入キッズの席確保の為で旧キッズには満席対応やったんかな〉 ⑤天災時の連絡対応などに力を入れてる内容を謳っていたものの、大阪地震の日に肝心のメール来ず、登園か休園か分からんかったので、わざわざ園を訪ね。タイムロス ⑥園内キッチンスタッフが包丁類で手を切ったらしく、オーガニックスクールランチが1ヶ月も外注弁当になった。てか、1ヶ月ってどんな怪我や？毎日料理に関わる人でも、そんなん無いけどな。 ⑦トイレットペーパーの芯や新聞紙の廃材を父兄から集めて遊具のコストカット？なんかケチ臭かったな-（インターナショナルスクールやのに。) ⑧卒園で文具類を持ち帰るも、クレヨンに始まり粘土など、どれも全く使用しておらず真っ新。〈購入数上げ取引企業との営利がカランデる、と専ら思えてんねんけど〉 ⑨とうとう口座引き落としまで不具合〈引き落とすだけやんｯ?〉発生させてました。謝意は勿論全く無し！因みに振込科目までも“２回以上”不具合発生させてた経緯有り。 ⑩内閣府の補助金潤沢かして、工事ばっかりしてたの目についてた見た目を繕い（飾り)過ぎ、思わず引いた⤵ 見た目なら98%は気に入ってしまう入れ込み様です。 ⑪日本人園長はヨ～しゃべる、男性やけど。男の喋りは、、、、、、 ⑫制服や帽子などぜんぶ園が洗濯するサービスあったのですが、ホンマに洗濯してるか分からんで、と知人に言われたのを聞いて、それもそうかな、実際見られへんしな、と納得感わいてきた。 ⑬『有職主婦は大歓迎、なぜなら国などからの補助金が都度ここに入る為、メリット大』～働いてない主婦にはホンマ冷酷対応～、国などの補助金交付無いし、ウマミないからどうでもいい扱いでした。週３日のショート保育で毎月56,000円程度対価払ってましたが、次年度は2万円か2万5千円アップなら入園可、との園長談←〈独断大含みの金額設定されたんちゃうか、周りに言われたわ〉よって「週3日-ショート保育」換算で『月額約８万円』くれたら来てもいいで、というイミでした。【ついでに。私が評価最低にしたので暫くは平均評価3に近かったようでしたが、こちらの関連者が必死に(コメント無しの)星5を増やしていって全体評価上げしてきてるのでそれを付け加えておきます！】 "↙ Many-When you enumerate ⤵" ① Mr. S → French male staff → Mr. M → Mr. T, at least 4 people have quit in less than a year and a half.
