引越しするのに不要なものがあったので処分してほしくて、ネット検索からクリーンアップさんを見つけて依頼しました。見積りは無料だったので、高かったら断るつもりでしたが、予想より安くて丁寧親切だったのでそのまま依頼しました。追加料金なども無く、貴金属の買い取りまでしてもらえたのでとても良かったです。

Since there was something unnecessary to move, I wanted to dispose of it. The estimate was free, so I intended to refuse it if it was expensive, but I asked for it because it was cheaper and more polite than expected. There was no additional charge, so I was able to buy precious metals.

2年程前に利用した際の事ですが、・事前見積の際見積書を提示し「ここから追加を頂くことは一切ありません！」と言っておきながら作業終了後に仏壇の供養代と称して万単位の金を要求する(物は仏像も位牌も無い空の扉付きの棚です) ・他の利用客の依頼内容を話の種にする・他の女性客の性的な事情を同じく女の依頼者に漏らす・壁紙に傷を付ける・自分がどれほど依頼者に気に入られチップを弾んで貰っているかの自慢話をする最後に関してはスタッフの人格上の問題かもしれませんが、いかに社員教育が為されていないかの証左にはなるかと思います。私は期日が迫っており、仕方なく利用した形ですが、切羽詰まった状況でなければ候補から外すべきでしょう。以上は全て残念ながら事実であり、営業妨害や誹謗中傷の意図を含みません。これから止むを得ず利用する方は、イニシャルMのスタッフは避けてください(もう辞めていれば良いのですが……) 星ゼロ個の投稿が出来ないことが悔やまれます。

I'm approaching the deadline and I've used it, but it should be removed from the candidate unless it's a tight situation. All of the above is unfortunately true and does not include the intention of business disruption or slander. If you use it unavoidably, please avoid the staff of Initial M (I'd like to quit now ...) I regret not being able to post zero stars.
