★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 電話口のオペレーターの女性の方の感じが良かったです。エアコンの型番から見積もっていただき無料で取り外しと回収できるとこのことでお願いしました。当日作業に来ていただいた方も感じの良い方で、作業時間も30分ほどで助かりました。無料回収って、当日難癖つけられて代金請求があるかも…なんて思ってましたが、何もなく作業完了のサインをするだけだったので良かったです。家前に作業車が止められない場合、パーキング代金も支払う可能性があると言われましたが、請求はありませんでした。もしもの支払いも電話できちんと教えていただけ、親切な会社さんでした。HPに記載の住所と若干違うようですが、電話番号は同じなので、おそらくこちらの会社さんだと思います。

I was wondering if the free collection would be difficult on the day and I would be billed for it ... but I'm glad I just signed the work completion without anything. I was told that if I couldn't park my work vehicle in front of my house, I might pay for parking, but I wasn't charged. It was a kind company who told me how to pay if I could call. It seems that the address is slightly different from the address on the HP, but the phone number is the same, so I think it is probably this company.
